Gigi’s Auctions® provide the service of selling just one item or the whole contents of a house. We also give pride in the valuation of each lot and at certain points we will not give you a valuation straight away as we will need to do further research to provide you with the right valuation and detailed description. After this point if you are happy with the valuation we will proceed to enter the lots into an auction or carry out an auction of all your lots.

From a marketing perspective we will be advertising through local newspapers, a user friendly website and through the database of clients we have. All these factors will help for the sale of the lots.
